In the Kazakh city of Kyzylorda, physical distancing was not being practiced outside a grocery warehouse on March 27 as large crowds flocked to collect food and cooking supplies. Officials said it was risky for people to be crowded close together during the coronavirus pandemic, and they tried to assure them there was enough food for everyone.
