8 Ways to Get Involved with the Innocence Project after Watching Netflix’s “The Innocence Files”

After watching the nine-episode series The Innocence Files on Netflix, you got to know the stories of Kennedy Brewer, Levon Brooks, Keith Harward, Chester Hollman, Kenney Wyniemko, Alfred Dewayne Brown, Franky Carillo and Thomas Haynesworth, and the systemic flaws that caused their wrongful incarceration. We have a lot of work ahead to free the countless others who are still behind bars and to prevent future injustices — but we need your help. Here is a list of ways you can advocate for the most at-risk, educate yourself on the issues surrounding wrongful conviction and spread community awareness, all while socially distancing.
