Mana Maoli is a Hawaiian nonprofit that has served thousands of youth for over 20 years, by starting a Hawaiian Charter School, a Polynesian voyaging program, and the #ManaMele Project, which includes:
* Hawaii’s, if not the world’s 1st solar-powered 4-in-1 mobile studio (Live, Studio, Audio & Video)
* Curriculum that teaches ABCs – Academics, Business and Culture – through Music & Multimedia
* Mentorships with over 200 artists, engineers and videographers of the Mana Maoli Collective, to bring their mobile studio & curriculum to life – on-campus and in real-world settings.

Mana Maoli partners with 15 community, culture and environment-based Hawaiian Charter Schools across 3 islands, who have demonstrated amazing success with their youth in academics, attendance, leadership and grounding in the Hawaiian language and culture. In addition to our PFC Foundation and featured artists, donations help sustain the Mana Mele Project at these schools.

Playing For Change (PFC) is a movement created to inspire and connect the world through music, born from the shared belief that music has the power to break down boundaries and overcome distances between people. The primary focus of PFC is to record and film musicians performing in their natural environments and combine their talents and cultural power in innovative videos called Songs Around The World. Creating these videos motivated PFC to form the Playing For Change Band—a tangible, traveling representation of its mission, featuring musicians met along their journey; and establish the Playing For Change Foundation—a separate 501(c)3 nonprofit organization dedicated to supporting music programs for children around the world. Through these efforts, Playing For Change aims to create hope and inspiration for the future of our planet.
