The Joe Rogan Experience podcast on August 6, 2020 featured Jason Flom, the CEO of Lava Media and an Innocence Project Board Member, as well as Josh Dubin, an attorney, president of Dubin Research and Consulting, and an Innocence Project Ambassador Advisor. In the podcast, Mr. Dubin and Mr. Flom were identified as employees of the Innocence Project. However, we want to make clear that Mr. Dubin and Mr. Flom are not, and never have been, employees of the Innocence Project.
During the podcast, Mr. Dubin and Mr. Flom expressed opinions of their own about the upcoming presidential election. To avoid any confusion, we want to clarify that the Innocence Project does not support or oppose any candidate for office, including President of the United States.
