The organization, which successfully challenged the Trump administration’s relentless efforts to dismantle environmental protections, expressed optimism that a new administration will move the country and the planet towards a just and equitable future.

With his arrival in the White House, we will have an opportunity to rebuild from the wreckage left behind by an administration that spent four years assaulting every protection for our air, water, lands, wildlife, and climate. More importantly, we have a chance to seize this moment and save our planet’s future while making environmental justice a reality for frontline communities.
“Earthjustice will be here to work with this administration — and, as we have with every administration of every party, we will not shy away from holding our government accountable. This is not the time to rest. Until all people and the planet are healthy and safe, we will never rest.”
