Evidence: NYPD Detective Fabio Nunez Uses a Prohibited Chokehold After Dispute Over Loud Music

Videos show Nunez, who has three chokehold complaints on his record, escalating the situation after responding to loud music.

Chokeholds are prohibited by the NYPD, but the Civilian Complaint Review Board has substantiated 40 chokehold allegations since 2014.
